Introduction to Foraging

Let Laurence Burton guide you through the wonderful natural pantry that is the forest. This introduction to gathering edible forest products teaches you how to identify, pick, taste and safely process selected species. 


The workshop teaches you to recognize the main NTFPs (non-timber forest products) to harvest in spring and summer. You will be able to include them at your table as a side dish, or herbal tea, or use them for therapeutic purposes with different recipe ideas.
