Before making a purchase, we encourage you to read our policies

COST OF TICKETS 

All prices include taxes. In addition to the workshop admission fee, there is a $3-$8 ticketing and transaction fee.

 

PURCHASE OF AN ACTIVITY OR CAMPING RIGHT

Once you have paid, you will receive your ticket by email as well as a confirmation email.

Keep your ticket and be prepared to present it on site.

 

At the time of purchase, it is your sole responsibility to note the time, address and any other information necessary for your participation. You will not receive an email other than the payment confirmation email, unless we make an exception (additional information, major changes).

 

SIGNING THE RISK ACCEPTANCE WAIVER

It is mandatory that each participant has signed the risk acceptance waiver via the online form linked in the confirmation email.

Participants aged 17 and under will need to have their form signed by a parent or guardian.

 

PROOF OF IDENTITY

All youth ticket holders (12-17 years old) at the archery course will be required to show proof of identity with date of birth at the reception desk upon arrival to obtain their right to access the course.


 

CANCELLATION

If you have purchased a ticket for one of our activities and need to cancel your attendance, please note that we do not offer refunds.

NEW WORKSHOP TIME AND DATE

In the event that the minimum registration for a workshop is not reached, the organization reserves the right to cancel or regroup participants in the same workshop. If this is the case, you will be informed in advance by email and you will have the choice to accept, or not, the new suggested schedule. If you do not agree, you will be refunded.

 

ACCOMPANYING PERSON

Participants in the workshops aged between 12 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult.

Access to the site is free for children aged 12 and under. Adult supervision is required at all times.

Only ticket holders may take part in the workshops.

 

WEATHER

Activities take place rain or shine. Dress warmer than you think is necessary. It is best to wear several layers to adapt to the weather and your level of exertion. Take along clothes that might get dirty or damaged. LAB45° is not responsible for any damage to your personal effects.

 

CONSUMPTION

Drugs and alcohol: No consumption of drugs and alcohol will be tolerated during the activities.  Consumption will be permitted only in the areas and at the times indicated for that purpose. Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. Lab45° reserves the right to expel intoxicated persons without refund.

It is only possible to bring your own alcoholic beverages if you use the camping service. These may only be consumed within the boundaries of the campsite.

 

ARRIVAL TIME

Out of respect for the group and the instructors, we ask that you arrive at the site at least

45 minutes in advance for the bowhunting course, and other courses—30 minutes in advance for the fly fishing, wilderness cooking workshop, archery initiation, and the foraging workshop.

 

The meeting points for each activity will be indicated on the website. If you are very late for any of our activities, please go to the reception desk to speak to a leader.
