Introduction to Cooking Over a Fire
With Jean-Philippe Leclerc, experiment with open-fire cooking techniques and learn from a professional. In this outdoor laboratory, you will learn how to prepare your fire and use different types of wood. You handle the basic equipment, while cooking on a high performance cast iron brazier and managing your setup with particular attention to safety.

Course Details
In groups of 4 people, you share a cooking station stocked with all the necessary tools.
You prepare a complete meal in tandem with the chef, who suggests various cooking techniques and flavour combinations. Everything culminates with a forest feast that you have cooked and baked yourself.

Groups of 3 or less will be paired with other participants.
Arrive 45 minutes before the start of your workshop. On site, present yourself at the reception with your ticket and join the cooking site.
Water will be available. There will also be a bar featuring local products.

You will need:

Comfortable outdoor clothing suitable for the weather. Remember to protect your legs from ticks, ragweed and other allergens.

Shoes suitable for walking in the forest.

Notebook and pencil (optional).
